Founded at the end of 2019 by real estate development professionals in association with Swiss shareholders, the company initially focused its development on a series of projects for which it ensured land control and the definition of real estate products. In order to maximize the income from the definition of these real estate programs and not to limit its activity solely to the field of land consolidation, the company bought back the shares of its Swiss shareholders. It then joined forces in 2022 within a civil construction and sales company with FONTANEL IMMOBILIER, a major player in real estate development in the Lyon region, for the realization of a real estate program of 86 housing units in Lyon's Parilly district, for which the building permit became final in March 2024. This program is currently underway.


The company is continuing its land development activity (Saint Priest, Lyon 8th) on programs of 80 to 90 housing units, the implementation of which it will entrust in co-promotion to a major player in real estate development. It can thus concentrate on the realization of high added value programs for which it has already secured land control. It is currently developing several projects in PREMIUM locations in LYON CENTER for the realization of 100% LEDA programs of 10 to 20 housing units intended for a demanding clientele. A true trademark of the company, these programs are all developed in geothermal energy on probe fields with underfloor heating and cooling, allowing it to market, from now on, at market price, programs at the 2031 threshold of the new 2020 environmental regulations. The company is subsidized by ADEME for these programs, the performance of which will not be offered by other operators for several years, which gives it an undeniable competitive advantage.
